  • Your location information (see Location Information);
  • Usernames, passwords, and other information related to your account on the Services;
  • Information regarding your use of the Services generally, including the type of device, browser, and operating system used to access the Services and other usage details; and
  • Any other information about you received as a result of your use of the Services.

We collect this Personal Information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us.
  • Automatically as you navigate through the Services. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

Location Information

Depending on the specific features of the Services you are using and your device and account settings, we may collect location information from you. In some cases, this location information is critical to providing you with the Services, and in other cases, it may make other features more useful to you.

Generally, we anonymize location information and do not associate location information with your identity unless you elect to share your Personal Information with us. The Personal Information we collect on or through the Services may include:

  • Personal Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Services. This includes Personal Information provided at the time of registering to use the Services, subscribing to or using our Services, or requesting further Services.   • Records and copies of your correspondence with us.
  • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through the Services.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information: 

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can adjust your device’s privacy settings and manage the use of tracking technologies on your device. Please note that if you disable or limit the use of tracking technologies on your device, some parts of the Services may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You may review and change your Personal Information at any time by logging into your user account.

We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Services, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your Personal Information.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers behind firewalls

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
